FULL-STACK SOLUTION

We diagnose AND build.

Most consultants diagnose your problems and then refer out the build. We deliver both — custom portals, booking systems, dashboards, and automations — made economically viable by AI tooling at solo scale.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

What SimplySolvd actually does for you

Think of your business like a house with small leaks. Every week, money, time, and energy drip out. You might not see each drip, but at the end of the month your bucket is half-empty and you're exhausted.

We walk through your house and find every leak. The double-booked appointments. The clients asking the same question 10 times. The hours spent copying numbers from one app to another. The leads that fall through the cracks.

Then we build the fix. A tool. A system. An app. An automation. Whatever actually stops that specific leak — we make it, we install it, we show you how to use it.

The result: Your business keeps more money. You get hours of your life back. Your team stops making the same mistakes. You grow without burning out.

For people: We help you build a money-and-life system that runs on its own so you stop forgetting bills, missing tax deadlines, or running out of energy before the end of the week.
For businesses: We find what's broken, we build the fix, and the fix keeps working long after we're done. Less phone tag. Less manual work. More clients served. More money kept.

Why this matters for your business

Traditional consultants charge $5K–$15K for an automation diagnostic. Then they hand you a PDF and refer you to a Zapier agency or a dev shop. You manage two relationships, pay two invoices, and wait weeks for the build to start.

SimplySolvd's diagnostic feeds directly into the build — whether that's a done-with-you plan you assemble with our support, or a full build where we implement everything. Same team. Same context. No second vendor, no handoff to a dev shop. Typical projects run $1,500–$20,000; every engagement starts with a diagnostic. Email hello@simplysolvd.com for a quote.

What We Actually Build

Client Portals

Your HVAC customer logs in, sees their appointment time, tracks the tech on the way, reviews the invoice, and pays — instead of calling your office 4 times.

  • Customers check their own appointment status instead of calling you
  • Clients upload documents and sign electronically — no more emailing PDFs back and forth
  • Payment history and receipts available 24/7 without your team looking anything up
Best fit: Home services, financial advisors, healthcare practices

Booking & Scheduling

A new patient books online at 11pm, gets an automatic confirmation text, your calendar updates, and the intake forms arrive in their inbox — before anyone on your team wakes up.

  • Customers book directly and your team's calendars all stay in sync automatically
  • Confirmation texts, reminder emails, and follow-ups go out without anyone sending them
  • Your schedule fills based on job type and drive time — no more criss-crossing town
Best fit: Home services, fitness studios, healthcare, salons

Operational Dashboards

Monday morning you open one screen: 12 new leads, 3 estimates pending, $14K in invoices due this week, 2 jobs running behind. No digging through 5 apps.

  • See every job's status from quote to completion in one place
  • Know exactly how much money is coming in this week, next week, and next month
  • Spot which team member is overloaded before they burn out — and rebalance the schedule
Best fit: Any service business juggling multiple jobs, clients, or team members

Automation Workflows

A lead fills out your contact form at 2am. By morning they've received a personalized follow-up, been added to your CRM, and their info synced to QuickBooks — automatically.

  • New leads get followed up instantly — even on weekends — so you never lose someone who was ready to buy
  • Invoices generate themselves from completed jobs and send payment reminders until they're paid
  • When a job finishes in Jobber, QuickBooks and Google Calendar update automatically — no double entry
Best fit: Any business tired of copying data between apps or losing leads overnight

AI-Powered Tools

A homeowner describes their problem in plain English. AI reads it, classifies the job type, estimates the time and materials, and drafts a quote — your team just reviews and sends.

  • Customer messages get sorted automatically: urgent repair vs. routine maintenance vs. sales inquiry
  • Job descriptions turn into accurate quotes in minutes instead of hours
  • AI reads intake forms and flags what matters — so your team spends time on people, not paperwork
Best fit: Any business where someone is reading, sorting, or estimating the same types of things repeatedly

Connecting Your Tools

Right now your receptionist copies info from Jobber into QuickBooks, then updates the Google Calendar, then texts the tech. We make all of that happen in one click — or zero clicks.

  • Your scheduling tool, accounting software, and calendar finally talk to each other
  • Customer info entered once flows everywhere it needs to go — no retyping
  • When you switch tools (say Jobber to ServiceTitan), your data moves cleanly instead of starting over
Best fit: Businesses running 3+ tools that don't sync with each other

Common questions about custom builds

What kinds of systems does SimplySolvd build?

SimplySolvd builds custom client portals, booking and intake systems, owner dashboards, and workflow automations. These are working systems, not prototypes or reports — the deliverable is software the business uses day to day. Typical projects run $1,500–$20,000, scoped after a diagnostic.

Why can a small business afford custom software now?

AI tooling has collapsed the cost of building the kind of internal software that used to require an agency retainer. Work that once justified a $100,000 engagement can now be scoped, built, and handed over inside a $1,500–$20,000 project. That shift is the entire reason a custom portal or dashboard is worth considering for a business that would previously have been told to buy off-the-shelf and live with the gaps.

Do you diagnose and build, or just one?

Both, in the same engagement. Most consultants deliver a report and refer the build out to a separate vendor, which leaves the client managing a handoff between two firms who disagree about scope. SimplySolvd maps the bottleneck and then builds the fix, so one party is accountable for whether the thing actually works.

Who owns the code and the systems you build?

The client does. Custom builds are handed over as systems the business controls outright, not rented access that stops working when the engagement ends.

What if an off-the-shelf tool already does what I need?

Then SimplySolvd will tell you to use it. Custom builds are recommended when existing tools genuinely cannot support the workflow — usually because the business needs several tools to talk to each other, or needs something specific to how it actually operates. The diagnostic makes that call before anyone starts building, with the cost of each path stated up front.

How long does a custom build take?

Most single-workflow builds are delivered in two to four weeks. Larger multi-system builds — a portal plus dashboards plus connected automations — typically run four to ten weeks. Scope and timeline are fixed in writing after the diagnostic, before work starts.

What happens after the build is delivered?

The system is handed over with the business owning it. Ongoing support and further work are quoted separately rather than bundled into a mandatory retainer, so a client is never paying monthly for a system that is finished and running.
